Our concerts are combination of musical performance and verbal presentation that are meant to reveal information about musical styles and genres, historical events, and composers’ lives. These concerts inspire my students to work with great enthusiasm and expand their musical horizons.

It has been a wish of mine to compile the professional methods that I encountered through my involvement with the Russian School of piano-playing as well as to share my own teaching experience in a book that would be interesting and useful to teachers, parents, and of course, students.

My music education began at the right time according to the modern theory: in the womb of my mother, who played the violin with the Omsk symphony orchestra. I remember myself singing in public when I was three and composing little tunes at the piano at the age of four. At the same time, I started to learn solfege and rhythmic in a group organized for a few gifted kids.
